Integrated Facility Services, a successful mechanical contractor in St. Louis, MO, is looking for a customer service/billing specialist with 1-3 years related experience, preferably in the construction industry. Must have strong computer skills and the ability to multi-task and prioritize in a fast paced environment. Job responsibilities include those listed below:

``` 2. Enter service requests into system 3. Create and type HVAC Residential and Commercial contract proposals

``` 1. Enter new HVAC Residential and Commercial service contracts in computer system 2. Billing and/or renewing HVAC Residential and Commercial contracts 3. Maintain contract spreadsheet

``` 7. Perform preliminary billing steps through the service dispatch board such as approving assets, adding standard charges, approving visits, etc. 8. Bill designated accounts for HVAC service 9. Miscellaneous administrative work as needed such as typing, copying, filing, etc.
This is a full-time position, working 40 hours per week, Monday-Friday, 8am-5pm. Full-time benefits include medical, dental, paid time off, 401k and more.
