Dentons US LLP is recruiting for a Senior Enterprise Client Applications Analyst. We support 1,600 end users across 20+ cities in the US. This position will be a member of the End User Compute team within the Technology Services group. The Senior Enterprise Client Applications Analyst will be considered a subject matter expert in Microsoft Office and the other applications which they primarily support.
Responsibilities
Service the Firm’s software portfolio, being a level 3 escalation point for end users and support teams, and further defining ways to increase stability, performance, and features in the environment.
Perform ongoing analysis, selection, development, testing, and best practices to ensure continuous quality improvement of the application stack on physical and virtual user endpoints.
Oversee application packaging requirements, configuration, design, and customization for large, complex, or firm-wide applications.
Contribute to team’s afterhours support coverage and maintenance windows.
Other duties as assigned to fully meet the requirements of the position.
Experience & Qualifications
At least 7 years of industry experience in application support of Microsoft Office Suite, iManage Worksite/DeskSite, BigHand products, Workshare Professional or similar software programs.
Experience with Microsoft 365 SaaS products and corresponding third party applications that integrate.
In-depth technical knowledge of Microsoft Windows 11.
Ability to maintain awareness of technology developments and make recommendations to the team, managers, and team lead.
Experience in ongoing quality assurance tasks and processes related to monthly patching and other software update cycles.
Ability to have clear and efficient communications within the End User Compute team, other IT technical teams, IT support teams, and end user business units.
Ability to lead discussions and elicit participation from others that are involved.
Ability to assess risk levels in change management and make good decisions within the change system that Dentons provides.
Dentons IT is widely dispersed across North America and the globe. Being comfortable and effective with remote tools while working across teams is important.
Ability to cross train areas of your strength to others on the team.
Openness to take on additional products and services as they are onboarded into the Firm.
Ability to remain composed in high stress situations (like outages) to help guide the situation when warranted and work with multiple levels of IT with compressed time constraints.
Able to work under pressue to tight project deadlinges and can adapt to differing demands, with the ability to multi-task and prioritize assigned workload.
Salary
Los Angeles Only DOE: $115,000 - $135,000
San Diego Only DOE: $113,000 - $130,000
Denver Only DOE: $108,000 - $125,000
