WHAT YOU WILL EXPERIENCE IN THIS POSITION: * Drive the Data Solutions global strategy within the region and identify short-to-long-term business strategies for the Company. * Act as a primary interface to Data Solutions' customers, partners, suppliers, media, and other regional team members. * Responsible for profit and loss; accountability for compliance with local legislation and nVent. * Responsible for developing/integrating and administering company policies, advising and coordinating all divisional department activities to develop and implement long-range goals and objectives. * Review analyses of activities, costs, operations, and forecast data to determine department or division progress toward stated goals and objectives. * Supervise integrated supply chain and resolve operational, manufacturing, and facility problems to ensure minimum costs and prevent operational delays. * Support engineering and sales on design concepts with fundamental or new technology used for new or existing products or improvement to provide cost reduction, safety, customer requirements, and market growth. * Review and approve the preparation of accounting analysis for budgetary planning and implementation, production efficiency, Financial reporting, budgetary planning, and submittal for capital expenditures. * Responsible for safe working conditions for the site while ensuring environmental responsibility in all company activities and operations and alignment with government regulations. YOU HAVE: * Bachelor's degree in business, engineering, or marketing. MBA preferred. * 12+ years leading a global manufacturing business with extensive P&L management. * Knowledge of local market relationships and partnerships with customers, distributors, and manufacturer's reps. * Knowledge and experience using Salesforce effectiveness tools and approaches (i.e., customer segmentation, territory management, technology tools such as CRM and mobile technologies, and Salesforce time management). * Proven skills in running a P&L budget and ability to identify sales force capability gaps/implementation of plans to address sustainable success. * Shows a passion for improving the delivery of services with a commitment to continuous improvement. * Demonstrate proficiencies in nurturing long-term, balanced, value-based relationships with core accounts that elevate revenue. * Demonstrate ability to negotiate by collaborating with others to arrive at a conclusion using compromise, persuasion, and influence, rationale and diplomacy both internally and externally in a selling environment. * Ability to adapt to rapidly changing business circumstances and have the ability to thrive in a constantly evolving business environment.
