Here, you will make an impact by:Manages orders utilizing SAP, COMS (Corporate Order Management System) and Salesforce databasesWork directly with manufacturing locations, DCs, division supply chain, and freight forwarders to ensure the timely export of ordersUnderstands and supports the export rules and regulations to comply with US Export Regulatory policies and procedures for international shipmentsManage enquires direct from customers regarding product availability, order status, expedites, etc.Follow up on escalations, delays, and transportation issues.Identify and implement opportunities to improve customer satisfaction and/or processesYour Skills and ExpertiseTo set you up for success in this role from day one, Solventum requires (at a minimum) the following qualifications:Bachelor's Degree or higher AND (2) years of customer service experience in a private, governmental or public environment.ORHigh School Diploma/GED from AND (6) years of customer service experience in a private, governmental or public environment.Additional qualifications that could help you succeed even further in this role include:Experience in export transactionsExcellent organization skills with ability to prioritize and manage multiple assignmentsHigh proficiency using PC based applications (Excel, PowerPoint)Experience working on cross-functional and international teamsSalesforce, SAP and COMS experienceInitiates, leads, and implements the process of problem identification and resolutionWork location: RemoteTravel: May include up to 0% domestic/internationalRelocation Assistance: not authorizedMust be legally authorized to work in country of employment without sponsorship for employment visa status (e.g., H1B status).Supporting Your Well-beingSolventum offers many programs to help you live your best life - both physically and financially.
