Here, you will make an impact by:Collaborating with business teams to define requirements, and implement solutions related to Master Data, and Reference Data.Analyzing and designing workflows.Performing IT System Testing for all MDM/RDM applications to ensure system requirements are met.Ensuring smooth day-to-day business operations through systems support including helpdesk and general troubleshooting.Your Skills and ExpertiseTo set you up for success in this role from day one, 3M requires (at a minimum) the following qualifications:Bachelor's degree or higher (completed and verified prior to start) and seven (7) years experience working on IT applications or in Operations in a private, public, government or military environmentORHigh School Diploma/GED from AND eleven (11) years experience working on IT applications or in Operations in a private, public, government or military environmentAdditional qualifications that could help you succeed even further in this role include:Operational experience with SAP, or Master data and processes, or Reference data and processes.Experience using/configuring MDG for any of the following: Customer, Supplier, Material, Finance, and/or experience using/configuring any RDM tool.Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.Experience working on Validated applications.Experience with/knowledge of IT technologies such as WebServices/APIs, Coding (any language), SQL, querying/analyzing data.Work location:Remote United StatesTravel: May include up to 10% domestic/internationalRelocation Assistance: Is not authorizedMust be legally authorized to work in country of employment without sponsorship for employment visa status (e.g., H1B status).Supporting Your Well-beingSolventum offers many programs to help you live your best life - both physically and financially.
