These temporary positions exist to provide project support in completing the digitization of legacy documents for the Minnesota Deferred Compensation Plan (MNDCP). These positions will also provide assistance with the daily Health Care Savings Plan (HCSP) reimbursement claim logging on an as-needed basis.

This posting is being used to fill multiple temporary, full-time, in-office vacancies. These temporary, full-time, in-office positions are anticipated to end in or around September 2025.

Minimum Qualifications

  • Data entry and keyboarding skills sufficient to perform typing tasks with speed and accuracy to enter data and maintain databases.

  • Language skills sufficient to speak, read, write, understand, and respond to written and spoke communications.

  • Ability to check completed work for spelling, grammar, punctuation, and format.

  • Move items weighing up to 25 pounds on a regular basis.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Knowledge of the provisions of Minnesota Government Data Practices

Physical Requirements

Requires daily lifting of items weighing up to 25 pounds such as file boxes or heavier materials with help from others, and/or lifting and carrying light objects frequently. Requires reaching and squatting to retrieve files. May also need to sit for long periods.
