How will you make an impact?

As a QMS Engineer, you will play a crucial role in maintaining and improving quality management systems to ensure compliance, efficiency, and continuous improvement. With a proactive and problem-solving mindset, you will oversee the Calibration and Electrostatic Discharge (ESD) departments, drive corrective actions, and support a culture of quality within the organization.

What will you do?

  • Implement & Maintain QMS – Develop, maintain, and improve quality management systems in compliance with ISO 9001 and other industry standards.

  • Proactive Problem-Solving – Identify, analyze, and resolve quality issues using root cause analysis, implementing preventive actions.

  • Calibration Management – Oversee the Calibration Department, ensuring all test and measurement equipment is properly calibrated and compliant with company and regulatory standards.

  • ESD Oversight – Lead Electrostatic Discharge (ESD) compliance, ensuring controlled areas are properly maintained, training programs are in place, and all standards are met to protect sensitive electronic components.

  • Corrective Action Tracking – Manage the tracking and reporting of corrective actions resulting from quality issues, audits, and customer feedback, ensuring timely and effective implementation.

  • Auditing & Compliance – Conduct internal audits of QMS, calibration processes, and ESD procedures, reporting findings and driving corrective actions.

  • Training & Support – Provide training on quality processes, calibration procedures, and ESD compliance to cross-functional teams.

  • Documentation & Reporting – Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation for audits and certifications.

  • Fast-Paced Adaptability – Manage multiple projects, adapt quickly to changes, and deliver results under tight deadlines.

How will you get here?

Education:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Quality Management, Electronics, or a related field.

Experience:

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in Quality Management Systems.

  • Hands-on experience in calibration, ESD management, corrective action tracking, and electronics—preferably in a manufacturing or engineering environment.

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:

  • Strong knowledge of industry standards (ISO 9001, Six Sigma, Lean, etc.).

  • Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to collaborate across teams.

  • Proactive mindset with a strong sense of ownership and continuous improvement.

  • Ability to perform root cause analysis and implement corrective actions.

  • Comfortable working in fast-paced, high-pressure environments while maintaining focus on quality and compliance.
