Job Description Summary
Join our dynamic Industrialization team and become a crucial part of our rapid prototype production process as a Printed Circuit Board Assembly (PCBA) Prototype Technician. We're seeking individuals who are skilled in both automated and manual Surface Mount manufacturing processes, with proficiency in setting up, operating, and adjusting SMT Printers, Pick and Place Machines, Ovens, Wash, and AOl equipment to ensure smooth production.
As a Prototype Technician, your primary focus will be to operate and maintain the machines based on engineers' specifications, ensuring continuous and efficient production. You'll handle the setup from scratch, monitor the process, and perform routine weekly cleaning checks. While fault finding is not part of your role, you'll be instrumental in keeping the production line running smoothly and efficiently. If you're dedicated to maintaining high standards in manufacturing and enjoy hands-on work with advanced equipment, this position is perfect for you.
