As a Senior on our Data Governance team, you’ll be right at the heart of that goal. It’s a role with far-reaching implications, so you’ll be working with stakeholders across industries with some of the most innovative tools available.
The opportunity Become a pioneer in the field of Data Governance. With significant recent investment and traction in the market, we’re experiencing rapid growth in our Data Governance practice. Our Forensic & Integrity Services team is working with industry-leading technologies to develop impactful solutions to some of the most challenging information risk management issues around. Since we work with such a diverse portfolio of clients across industries, you can expect to take on a wide range of information governance challenges, making this a great place to develop your technical and business knowledge.
Your key responsibilities With our clients increasing need to share information across the enterprise—and manage the risk associated with that endeavor – it’s no exaggeration to say you’ll never be doing the same task for too long. You’re likely to balance your time between directly liaising with our clients to understand their needs and challenges and create solutions using our suite of Data Governance services. It’s all about using your technical skills to creatively assess and resolve our clients’ needs from the front lines. That means thinking differently about how information is stored and accessed and speaking up with innovative ideas that challenge the status quo .
Skills and attributes for success - Managing the key components of a portfolio of Data Governance projects, including strategy, planning and execution – Being actively involved in the market and developing go-to-market market materials – Being active in all stages of the pursuit cycle - Constantly developing your understanding of our clients’ industries, identifying trends, risks and opportunities for improvement - Developing long-term relationships across a network of existing and potential clients to maximize business development opportunities - Using technology to distribute your knowledge of leading-practice and enhanced service delivery - Developing your team through constant coaching and feedback, providing challenging goals and guaranteeing your people have the skills, knowledge and opportunities to grow
To qualify for the role you must have - A bachelor’s degree with approximately 8 years related work experience - At least one professional designation, such as CISA, CISSP, CISM,CFE, CFCE or EnCE – Proven ability to connect with clients and develop book of business - Excellent project management skills and the ability to prioritize when working on multiple engagements - Strong negotiation and influencing skills, and the confidence to communicate complex technical concepts to a wide range of audiences - A proven record of delivering data governance solutions to large, complex organizations - A quantifiable history of business development success Ideally, you’ll also have - In-depth knowledge of NUIX, StoredIQ, Big Insights NoSQL, InfoArchive, Autonomy, Tableau or other information governance and visual data analytics tools

The salary range for this position in Stamford, CT is $162,800-$338,300
