Description:
Conduct workstation analysis for loading, productivity, and ergonomics.
Work with Production Teams to understand constraints and develop plans to remedy.
Manage off-standard labor.
Track and determine next steps in correcting condition.
Understanding of manpower planning and Required to Operate (RTO).
Skills:
process improvement, manufacturing engineering, process engineering, industrial engineering, time studies
Additional Skills & Qualifications:
Experience working in a unionized environment.
Experience Using MODAPTS is nice to have.
2+ Years of experience within an automotive production facility.
Experience within CNC or machining.
