JOB REQUIREMENTS: ABR\'s client is seeking a part-time Administrative
Assistant to provide administrative duties in an Adams County office
setting. You will be responsible for friendly reception and interaction
with visitors and you must possess excellent communication skills and be
a self-starter! Wage: \$14.50 per hour Schedule: Flexible, 20-24
hours/week, Monday-Friday Job Duties for Administrative Assistant:
-Greet customers in a friendly and professional manner -Answer phones
and preform general reception duties -Perform basic clerical functions
and mail routing -Maintains overall appearance of reception area -Works
with partners to plan and implement events ***** OTHER EXPERIENCE
AND QUALIFICATIONS: Administrative Qualifications: -Must possess
excellent oral and written communication skills -Organized,
self-motivated, and energetic -Ability to maintain confidentiality
Education/Experience: -Associate Degree or equivalent from two-year or
technical school; or six months to a year related experience and/or
training; or equivalent combination of education and experience
-Experience in Public Relations/Customer Service -Experience in
operating computers, coy machines, MS Word, MS Excel -Skilled business
communications and interpersonal skills, problem solving and
