of Education Position Summary The School of Education is committed to

The successful candidate for this position will teach undergraduate and
graduate courses in Pluralism, Educational Psychology, and Professional
Issues to elementary, early childhood, physical education, secondary
education and/or special education majors. Additionally, this candidate
must have a strong background and knowledge of WI State Statue, Act 31.
The ability to develop and maintain collaborative and productive working
relationships with local school systems is required. Other
responsibilities will involve scholarship, department service, advising,
mentoring and professional development. This position may include
student teacher supervision. Anticipated Appointment Date: January 9,

QUALIFICATIONS: Required Qualifications *Earned Ph.D. or Ed.D. in
Educational Foundations or closely related field *In lieu of a Ph.D. or
Ed.D., an ABD with completed doctorate required within one year in
Educational Foundations or closely related field may be considered.
Candidates with a Ph.D. or Ed.D. in Educational Foundations or closely
related field will be given preferred consideration. *At least 3 years
experience as a licensed K-12 teacher. *A demonstrated ability to build
relationships with students and colleagues. *High-quality written and
verbal communication skills. *Demonstrated technology skills (e.g.,
digital platforms, social media, webpages, spreadsheets). Preferred
Qualifications *Experience mentoring student/intern pre-service
teachers. *Experience with peer coaching and feedback for both
pre-service and in-service teachers. *Experience in collaborative
and/or inclusionary settings. *Demonstrated commitment to reflective
teaching practices. *Experience and evidence of success with college
level instruction. *Experience and evidence of success with online
