Aston Carter Customer Service Representative in Stevens Point, Wisconsin

We are looking for candidates in the Milwaukee, Green Bay, and Steven's Pointe areas to support the growing teams at our company. These teams will be working on a new project and will have the ability to work a second project our join our customer service team and pursue internal growth opportunities!

Description:

This will be a project supporting a new update to the bank's online and mobile banking system. Candidates will be responsible for assisting with log in issues, resetting cookies, and troubleshooting any issues with the mobile app. Candidates will be offering solutions while while demonstrating enthusiasm, apologizing sincerely for inconveniences, listening empathetically and tolerating difficult customers calmly.

Hours:

-Flexible hours between 6am-10pm, M-F with every third Saturday

-Candidates will receive a $50 bonus when they work weekends

-Open to part time candidates as well

Additional Skills & Qualifications:

Must:

-1+ years of customer service experience

-Strong computer skills (40wpm or more in testing-will be working on dual screens)

-Ability to multi-task and very detail oriented

-High school diploma or equivalent

-Someone nice/empathetic

-Tech savvy (candidates will have to walk customers through on how to reset password, cookies, browsers, etc.)

-Proven attendance/reliability

Nice to have:

-Associates degree or other higher education

-Previous financial services or banking experience

-Prior call center experience
