Partner with Spears School of Business faculty in designing and developing immersive learning experiences in an online format.\ \ Provide instructional assistance to faculty in designing and developing course delivery for online classes. Coach faculty in defining their desired learning outcomes and selecting learning activities that promote achievement of these outcomes and student success. Coordinate with instructional support staff and media production personnel to organize course pages in a manner that is user-friendly and intuitive for students. Evaluate existing courses and provide feedback for design or delivery improvements that would be likely to enhance the achievement of desired learning outcomes and student success. Ensure compliance with university and college policies, as well as business accreditations standards.\ \ Participate in professional development programs and activities to stay current on instructional design models and theories, and education and emerging technologies. Develop and facilitate training for online instructors. Develop and manage mass communication efforts to faculty.\ \ Assist faculty in adopting new and/or innovative technologies that help achieve desired learning outcomes. Assist faculty in defining their desired learning outcomes, selecting learning activities and technologies that promote achievement of those outcomes. Coordinate with department personnel and faculty to review new online course proposals and provide feedback.\ Perform other duties as assigned.
