As a CMM Technician, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the accuracy and quality of our products through the use of Coordinate Measuring Machines (CMMs) and metrology techniques. The ideal candidate will have a careful understanding of CMM operation, metrology principles, and measurement techniques, with a keen eye for detail and a commitment to precision.

Responsibilities
Perform precision measurements using CMM equipment to verify the dimensional accuracy of manufactured components, assemblies, and finished products. Develop and execute measurement programs for CMMs using software such as PC-DMIS, Calypso, or similar metrology software. Interpret engineering drawings, blueprints, and technical specifications to determine measurement requirements and inspection criteria. Set up and operate CMM machines to perform dimensional inspections, including fixture setup, probe calibration, and alignment of components. Analyze measurement data and generate comprehensive inspection reports detailing dimensional deviations, tolerances, and quality conformance. Collaborate with engineering and production teams to troubleshoot quality issues and implement corrective actions to improve product quality and consistency.
