JOB REQUIREMENTS: Description The QMS Leader is responsible primarily
for the document control process, calibration process, production
employee qualification documentation support, department purchase
orders, and leadership development of Quality and Business Management
System (QBMS) ISO compliant processes. Supports other quality processes
including quality system support, quality report generation, internal
auditing, corrective actions, and quality training. Essential Duties and
Responsibilities Responsible for the ISO and QBMS non-conforming
material process. Educates and trains employees regarding ISO and the
QBMS. Responsible for the ISO and QBMS Monitoring & Measuring Resources
processes, i.e. calibration. Responsible for ISO Management Review
scheduling, compilation, and presentation. Responsible for ISO Internal
Audit scheduling, audit participation, audit review and completion of
corrective actions. Supports ISO and QBMS Document Control process
updates, reviews, and approvals for new and revised procedures, work
instructions and other documents to assure ISO certification and QBMS
requirements continue to be achieved. Responsible for adherence to the
Cardinal Rules of Safety. Responsible for adherence to the Quality
Values. Responsible to ensure adherence to ISO Compliance, as
applicable. Responsible to ensure adherence to the company Quality and
Business Management System (QBMS). Conduct quality related training with
employees as directed. Responsible to work with cross-functional
management and management support team members to support their
development of processes and documentation of these processes conforming
to the QBMS, and ISO, as applicable, using experience to ensure the
