Chromascape Production Associate in Stow, Ohio

 · Operate blending, pumping, milling and packing equipment including any support equipment as trained and defined by standard procedures and process conditions. 

· Safely operate forklift trucks. 

· Record all process conditions, weights, and other pertinent data as directed using ABAS (Enterprise Resource Planning System). This may require manual (paper) and electronic (tablet/computer) completion. 

· Maintain a clean and orderly work area at all times including break room and locker room.  

· Maintain efficient production rates, minimize machine downtime, minimize production loss, maintain equipment, and follow all job related instructions as directed by supervision. 

· Report any damage, maintenance problems, or processing problems immediately to supervision and participate in solutions to those problems. 

· Report any safety concerns immediately to the identified Safety Coordinator or immediate supervisor 

· To support the vision, mission and guiding principles of the company. 

· While performing any procedure, all associates and contract personnel must observe applicable Safety, Health, Quality and Environmental rules and guidelines. The use of appropriate personal protective equipment is required. 

· Attend and participate in training opportunities and seminars relevant to this position. 

· Adhere to appropriate company operating procedures, benefit rules, employment, safety and quality policies. 

· Actively participate in CLEAN initiatives and culture. 

· Any other duties as assigned.

· Knowledge of production procedures or prior experience in manufacturing environment preferred.
