JOB REQUIREMENTS: Prepare fresh-made pizzas, some ingredient
preparation, some dishwashing and cleaning. Shifts are Noon to 6:30
p.m., minimum 2 shifts per week, with some longer shifts available on
the weekends. Ability to follow recipes, understand scale and cup
measurements and excellent customer service skills. Scheduling is super
flexible. Maintain sanitation, health, and safety standards in work
areas. Clean, stock, and restock workstations and display cases. Clean
food preparation areas, cooking surfaces, and utensils. Measure
ingredients required for specific food items being prepared. Prepare
pizzas, following specific methods that usually require short
preparation time. Read food order slips or receive verbal instructions
as to food required by patron, and prepare food according to
instructions. Serve orders to customers at counters. Take food and drink
orders and receive payment from customers. Verify that prepared food
meets requirements for quality and quantity. Wash, cut, and prepare
foods designated for cooking. ***** OTHER EXPERIENCE AND
QUALIFICATIONS: Customer service skills are preferred for afternoon crew
