What’s a typical day as Service Manager? You’ll be:

  • Providing strategic leadership and development to the service team

  • Developing Key Performance Indicators (KPI) to effectively manage department

  • Developing and promoting customer relationships

  • Providing service and customer service support

  • Diagnosing technical issues and determining proper solutions and next steps

  • Driving continuous improvement in service, warranty, and other management processes

  • Coordinating scheduling for the field service team based on customer needs and workflow

This job might be an outstanding fit if you:

  • Have experience leading and growing a service team

  • Can effectively communicate with customers and co-workers

  • Have experience managing warranty policy and claims

  • Have benchmarking experience and KPI Driven

  • Have the ability to train customers and employees

  • Have capital equipment experience

  • Are proficient in general Windows applications

  • Have a Bachelor’s degree in business or service management or equivalent experience (preferred)

  • Have Technical Background

  • Have SAP Experience (a plus)
