What’s a typical day as Service Manager? You’ll be:
Providing strategic leadership and development to the service team
Developing Key Performance Indicators (KPI) to effectively manage department
Developing and promoting customer relationships
Providing service and customer service support
Diagnosing technical issues and determining proper solutions and next steps
Driving continuous improvement in service, warranty, and other management processes
Coordinating scheduling for the field service team based on customer needs and workflow
This job might be an outstanding fit if you:
Have experience leading and growing a service team
Can effectively communicate with customers and co-workers
Have experience managing warranty policy and claims
Have benchmarking experience and KPI Driven
Have the ability to train customers and employees
Have capital equipment experience
Are proficient in general Windows applications
Have a Bachelor’s degree in business or service management or equivalent experience (preferred)
Have Technical Background
Have SAP Experience (a plus)
