WHAT IT’S LIKE TO WORK AS A CREDIT CONTROL SUPERVISOR
As a key member of our Credit and Collections team, you will play a pivotal role in reducing outstanding Accounts Receivables by efficiently recovering receivables in a timely manner. If you are ready to take on this challenge and make an impact, we want to hear from you!

Analytical mindset for driving results and improvement
Supervise, mentor, and evaluate a team of 4 collectors.
Implement collections strategies to reduce DSO.
Monitor and improve collection performance metrics.
Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
Track team performance goals and KPIs.
Resolve escalated customer issues and disputes promptly.
Collaborate on system enhancements and process automation.
Drive continuous improvement in collections processes.
Provide data-driven insights for decision-making.
Collaborate with Finance, Operations, and Sales departments.
Foster a positive and accountable team environment
Qualifications
Minimum age of 18 years old
Minimum of 5 years of experience in collections, with at least 2 years in supervisory or leadership role
Proven track record of success in managing collections teams and achieving targets
Proficiency in MS Office, particularly Outlook and Excel
Proven ability to manage multiple priorities, meet deadlines, and drive results in a fast-paced environment
Comfortable working with computers, mobile devices, and tablets
Ability to pass a drug screen
