JOB REQUIREMENTS: The Business Loan Processor is responsible for the timely processing of commercial loan documents, including the steps necessary for ensuring the necessary information prior to loan closings and bookings has been obtained. This position will assist lenders and customers with required documentation, and answer questions regarding existing loans to enhance the overall relationship with our clients. PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES Processes business loan requests by: Prepare all closing packages (new loans, modifications, extensions and renewals) Complete funding and booking of recently closed loans Preparing adverse action notices Adhering to compliance laws and regulations Assisting in satisfying technical exceptions Provides customer service with customer/lender by: Assist in keeping the pipeline updated with details of new and renewing loans Attend weekly meetings with all lenders to review loans in process Processing payoff requests, paid loans, and payments (as needed) Being an additional point of contact in answering questions from clients Providing top notch internal and external customer service Strong attention to detail SECONDARY RESPONSIBILITIES Complete scanning process (when needed) Post-closing review including final title policies (when needed) Learn loan processing of complex credit files, SBA Loans and loan participations Provide input on Commercial Training Manual, providing input for process improvements Other duties as assigned Bank of Sun Prairie is an Equal Employment Opportunity / Affirmative Action employer.
