JOB REQUIREMENTS: Position Specifics: Department: Administrative Reports
to: General Manager Supervises: None Purpose: Assists with the
compliance of all personnel policies and procedures. Assists with
ensuring the company is compliant with all State/Province and Federal
Employment Laws including filing and confidentiality. Responsibilities:
o Manages employee files by keeping them current, organized, in
compliance with regulations, and maintaining proper confidentiality of
the information o Assists with recruiting and new hire efforts including
providing interview guides to managers, scheduling interviews, filing
paperwork, and ensuring new hires complete required paperwork o Performs
training during new employee orientation o Assists managers with
compliance to the organization\'s performance management processes and
files necessary documentation o Administers workers compensation
processes o Assists in administering employee engagement programs which
may include recognition and wellness o Coordinates employee training
***** OTHER EXPERIENCE AND QUALIFICATIONS: Experience, Education,
Skills and Knowledge: o 1+ years experience in an administrative
assistant position o Ability to use standard desktop load applications
such as Microsoft Office and internet functions o General knowledge of
employment laws, policies, and regulations o Ability to use database
software and human resources computer application systems o
Understanding of confidentiality policies and other regulatory policies
o High School Diploma or equivalent experience required o Associates
