JOB REQUIREMENTS: The Teller is responsible for accurately and
efficiently performing transactions and providing exceptional customer
service each and every time. This position expands upon and deepens
customer relationships through suggestion of services and products,
refers customers across business lines and generates customer
conversations to build and maintain long-lasting banking relationships.
The Teller also adheres to compliance regulations and Bank policies and
procedures. Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent Some cash
handling experience preferred 1 year of customer service experience
Skills Ability to use computer software and embrace technology Aptitude
for math Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with deadlines and
priorities changing daily Excellent organizational and time management
abilities Good problem solving, resourcefulness and attention to detail
Good interpersonal and communication skills Ability to make referrals
