Job Title: Stationary Engineer
Job Description
This role involves building maintenance covering MEP, preventative maintenance, reactive maintenance, kitchen appliance maintenance, and daily work orders. HVAC maintenance experience is a key focus for this role. The contractor will receive work orders throughout the day to assess and complete their preventative maintenance tasks. Strong communication skills are essential as you will be interacting with internal employees and your team. Work will be tracked through the CMMS system and evaluated based on time to complete and quality of work. Some technological skills are required as you will be using an iPad to track your work and communicate with the team.
Responsibilities
Perform building maintenance covering MEP, preventative maintenance, reactive maintenance, kitchen appliance maintenance, and daily work orders.
Focus on HVAC maintenance.
Receive and complete work orders throughout the day for preventative maintenance tasks.
Communicate effectively with internal employees and your team.
Track work through the CMMS system and ensure timely and quality completion.
Use an iPad to track work and communicate with the team.

Work Environment
This position is located at a corporate office in Southbay. You will be reporting to the ACE and the director. The shift is from 11am to 8pm, Monday through Friday.

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $69.52 - $69.52/hr.
