JOB REQUIREMENTS: Operations Analyst I - 5368 RESPONSIBILITIES: * Under direction, review, analyze, and evaluate business systems and user needs. * Document requirements, define scope and objectives, and implement operational excellence and process improvements to parallel overall business strategies. * Assist in the Development and facilitation of programs. * Help evaluate results of process changes and training, and coordinate resource needs with other departments. * Assist in the creation of new and enhanced processes and systems, and aids in the design, testing, implementation, documentation and evaluation. * Effective performance required to assure meeting corporate goals for providing high level of customer satisfaction. * Excellent interpersonal, technical and communication skills required to establish and maintain working relationships and to enhance company image.
