Job Description
Insight Global is looking for an Operations Manager to join a fleet company based out of Surrey, BC. This role is a permanent onsite 5-days a week role. The Operations Manager will be responsible for the successful completion of the product from getting the order from the sales team through to delivery. The main responsibilities include ensuring customer is being taken care of, planning out the job, coordinating with different teams, project progression, completing projects on time, and coaching/mentoring team members.

Skills and Requirements
5+ years of experience in an operation management role
4+ years of customer-facing experience
Extensive experience hiring and developing teams
Previous experience with an ERP (i.e., Salesforce - preferably with manufacturing inventory experience) or QuickBooks Desktop
Experience with Lean Manufacturing
Experience with MS Excel
Valid Drivers License Familiar with NSM + CMVSS (National Safety Mark + Canada Motor Vehicle Safety Standards) Vehicle Certification Process
Previous experience running night shifts null
