Job Title: Maintenance Technician Schedule: Monday-Friday 3pm-11:00pm Location: Sussex, WI GENERAL PURPOSE OF JOB Perform a wide variety of highly skilled maintenance work to repair Sharp\'s converting, printing and extruding equipment with emphasis on troubleshooting and repairing electrical/electronic problems, repairing and replacing faulty electrical components, installing new machines and equipment, programming PLCs, maintaining electrical equipment, parts and supplies inventories. ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES Gets work assignments from Supervisor, Lead person or Scheduling tools. Performs preventative maintenance on all equipment. Performs general mechanical and electrical functions associated with reactive maintenance of equipment, building and grounds. Plan and execute assigned tasks and responsibilities associated with special projects. Ensures timelines are met on a consistence basis. Ensures accuracy of any data generated Displays professional communication and actions. Verify job completion documentation to assist in root cause analysis Able to source parts, equipment, materials, and obtains pricing for maintenance purchases. Ensures spare parts inventories are stocked and replenished to maintain production uptime. Perform most types of tool & die and fixture jobs.
