Description
We are seeking a motivated HR Specialist to join a dynamic team in the wholesale distribution sector, based in Suwanee, Georgia. In this role, you will support a wide range of HR functions, including recruitment, employee services, HR systems management, and compliance.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage the applicant tracking system, handling full-cycle recruitment and maintaining data integrity.
Provide technical assistance and ensure the accuracy of recruitment processes.
Organize interview logistics, including scheduling and preparing materials for specific roles.
Monitor the progress of background checks and offer letters, ensuring timely onboarding.
Serve as a point of contact for new hires, guiding them through onboarding, completing required forms, and answering questions.
Assist with bi-weekly orientations and contribute to the planning of onboarding programs.
Oversee employee offboarding, including managing termination paperwork and ensuring the return of company property.
Support benefits administration, including assisting with events and the annual open enrollment process.
Contribute to employee engagement initiatives, including surveys, action planning, and communication strategies.
Assist in creating and distributing internal communications for HR-related updates across the company.
Requirements • Demonstrated proficiency in ADP - Financial Services
• Familiarity with ATS - Asynchronous Transfer Mode
• Experience in Benefit Functions
• Strong Communication skills, both written and verbal
• Knowledge of Compliance procedures and regulations
• Proven track record in Employee Relations
• Familiarity with FMLA regulations and procedures
• Experience in Human Resources (HR) Administration
• Proven ability to handle Onboarding procedures
• Experience in Benefits Administration
• Must have a background in Wholesale Distribution
• HR Specialist experience is preferred.
