Stevens is seeking an experienced and passionate individual who is
motivated to enhance their leadership capacities and further develop
their career in human services. We are seeking a responsible,
compassionate and open-minded individual to fulfill the role of
Residential Coordinator. The full-time Residential Coordinator is
responsible for oversight of day-to-day implementation of the
trauma-informed behavioral support program and residence-based systems.
The Residential Coordinator plays an integral role in ensuring the
provision of high-quality care and supervision to the youth we serve by
providing leadership and support to residential teams and staff.
Qualifications: Minimum of 3 years of experience in residential care
with adolescents Minimum 1 year of experience with personnel leadership
and the provision of supervision Bachelor\'s Degree is preferred, but
not required Ability to provide leadership on a day-to-day basis, as
well as in a crisis situation Ability to work in a collaborative manner
with a variety of disciplines and levels of staff within an organization
Reference from immediate supervisor verifying qualifications Payrate:
