The Opportunity
An experienced and Senior Project Manager to join our growing Head Contractor team – no weekend work!
Lead and deliver multiple commercial fitout projects typically to $10m at any one time
To work within a client-side advisory division focussing on delivering both head contractor and consultancy fitout projects under the CBRE construction model
Collaborate with other CBRE business lines, cross selling our services to achieve the company’s strategic business objectives
As the successful candidate you will have:
Construction degree or similar relevant tertiary qualifications
Extensive, project management and contracts management experience within the local commercial fitout sector
Able to deliver multiple, fast paced fitout projects at any one time
Effectively collaborate with internal/external stakeholders
Able to implement robust risk management strategies and proactively address any challenges.
