About the role:

In your role as Accounts Payable Analyst, you will support the bank in reconciling accounts and supporting the wider Accounting Department to accurately report the bank’s financial activities.

Duration - 9-month fixed term contract

What you’ll be doing:

  • Deliver extraordinary service customers to enhance the Accounting Department's reputation and meet customer's expectations

  • Manage the payment of invoices in a timely and accurate manner

  • Manage the payment of employee reimbursements and other accounts payable functions

  • Assist in the input of daily transactions into OVS

  • Provide back up to other functions within the accounting department as required

What we are looking for:

  • 3+ years experience in end-to-end accounts payable

  • Advanced diploma in accounting or similar

  • Excellent time management and organisational skills

  • Ability to demonstrate a strong attention to detail

  • Advanced level Excel and PowerPoint skills.

  • Strong communication skills verbally and written
