Job Summary

We are seeking a highly experienced Salesforce Delivery Manager with 18 to 22 years of experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will have mandatory technical skill experience in Salesforce and a good understanding of Data Quality and Data Governance.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee the delivery of services to ensure they meet the agreed-upon standards and client expectations.

  • Manage and coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless service delivery.

  • Provide technical expertise in Salesforce to guide and support the team.

  • Implement and monitor service delivery processes to ensure efficiency and effectiveness.

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their needs and expectations.

  • Ensure compliance with data quality and data governance standards.

  • Monitor service performance metrics and take corrective actions when necessary.

  • Lead the resolution of service delivery issues and escalate when required.

  • Collaborate with stakeholders to continuously improve service delivery processes.

  • Conduct regular service reviews and provide feedback to the team.

  • Ensure all service delivery documentation is up-to-date and accurate.

  • Provide training and support to team members on Salesforce and data governance practices.

  • Drive initiatives to enhance service delivery and client satisfaction.

Qualifications

  • Possess extensive experience in managing service delivery in a hybrid work model.

  • Have strong technical expertise in Salesforce.

  • Demonstrate good understanding of data quality and data governance.

  • Exhibit excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Show ability to manage and coordinate with cross-functional teams.

  • Have strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.

  • Display ability to develop and maintain client relationships.

  • Demonstrate proficiency in monitoring and improving service delivery processes.

  • Possess experience in conducting service reviews and providing feedback.

  • Show capability to provide training and support to team members.

  • Exhibit strong organizational and documentation skills.

  • Demonstrate ability to drive initiatives for service improvement.

  • Have a proactive approach to identifying and resolving service delivery issues.

Certifications Required : Salesforce Certified Service Cloud Consultant Certified Data Management Professional (CDMP)
