Senior Clinical Liaison
At Regency Hospital, a division of Select Medical, our specialty hospitals care for chronically and critically ill or post-ICU patients who require extended hospital care. We are currently seeking a Senior Clinical Liaison to join our team. We offer an excellent network of career opportunities across the U.S.
Responsibilities
Under the supervision of the Director of Business Development, the Senior Liaison assists strategic growth initiative in the market. The Senior Liaison helps train and mentor team members and steps in to cover for other liaisons, admissions coordinators and the Director of Business Development when they are off.
Other responsibilities of the Clinical Liaison position include:
Assists the Director of Business Development in all meetings and reports
Mentors team members in the field and creates development plans for newer or struggling team members
Helps liaisons complete clinical assessments during busy times
Helps write patient success stories
Qualifications
Minimum requirements:
Must be a Registered Nurse or Respiratory Therapist with valid state license.
Preferred qualifications that will make you successful:
Prior Experience as a Clinical Liaison preferred.
