Robert Half Administrative Assistant in Syracuse, New York

Description We are offering a unique opportunity for an Administrative Assistant in Syracuse, New York. In this role, you will be assisting a team of Financial Advisors with various administrative tasks, including scheduling appointments, managing client documents, and utilizing multiple software platforms for data management. This position is part of the finance industry and is a short-term contract employment opportunity.

Responsibilities:

• Assisting a team of Financial Advisors with general administrative tasks

• Scheduling appointments and booking conference rooms for the team

• Completing, sending, and tracking client documents

• Following up with the service center as needed

• Utilizing client works and Salesforce for data management and client communication

• Sending team invites to all parties involved in meetings or events

• Adding new client information into Salesforce

• Scheduling posts on LinkedIn as part of the company's social media strategy

• Mailing notes or cards to clients as required

• Answering inbound calls and providing excellent customer service

• Performing data entry tasks and managing email correspondence

• Utilizing Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, Word) to manage tasks and schedules. Requirements • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite including Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint

• Experience in handling and directing inbound and outbound calls

• Excellent customer service skills with the ability to maintain a professional demeanor under pressure

• Strong data entry skills with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail

• Ability to compose, send, and reply to email correspondence in a professional manner

• Experience in scheduling appointments, managing calendars, and coordinating meetings

• Strong organizational skills and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

• Problem-solving skills with the ability to handle customer inquiries and complaints effectively and efficiently.
