TEKsystems IT Service Desk Analyst (Daytime) in Syracuse, New York

Description:

Our local customer in Syracuse, NY is looking for a well-rounded Tech with Networking Experience and strong technical support , supporting users primarily through remote/telephony for Healthcare devices and support.

Primarily - telephony-based troubleshooting and support for the trio and digital denture projects.

Will also be responsible for the hardware aspect and be trained in the depot/hands-on portion for these devices as well.

This individual will need to be familiar with networking, network cabling and remote tools including TeamViewer and Bomgar.

Top Skills:

  1. Experience in the Help Desk/Call Center + Familiarity with Hardware

  2. Help Desk support in a Windows Environment

a. Know where Control panel options are

  1. Basic Networking Understanding -- Understanding IP addresses

a. Can route into cisco Meraki and find IP addresses
