Description
APlannerperforms contract reviews on incoming orders and ensures that all pertinent customer requirements are translated accurately to Anoplate internal traveler. Develops robust and repeatable instructions for production to follow. Interface with customers, suppliers and co-workers. Interact with production workers, production supervisors, Quoting personnel and Quality personnel to support and maintain smooth production operations, safety for personnel and protection of the environment.
In This Role You Will:
Performs receiving function in AANGS as needed.
Enters orders in database (AANGS system).
Conducts contract review on repeat orders including but not limited to: Basic information (Customer, PO#, address, packing information, count, p/n, material, part rev., job/ lot #’s, S/N’s, etc). ? Specific part/ process information (Dwg revision, verification of process, special notes or quality requirements, etc.) * If not repeat work, Planner 1 will route to appropriate next-in-line planner *
Adds traveler notes and other minor updates as needed.

Requirements
In order to be qualified for this role, you must possess the following:
Communication Skills: (oral, written, and interpersonal)
Basic Blueprint Reading Skill Preferred but not required
Computer Skills: General understanding of database structures and proficient in computer data entry. Computer keyboard skills
Math Skills: Ability to add, subtract, divide & multiply in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals.
Observation Skills: Must have a strong attention to details.
Minimum Education / Experience: High School Degree (or equivalent) + 1-3 years relevant work experience.
