Qualifications and Skills:
· Must have education experience
· Preference given for a valid Utah Administrative license.
· Preference given for Administrative experience.
· Prior teaching experience is preferred.
· Leadership experience with demonstrated exemplary results and experience with program development.
· Strong project and staff management experience.
· Ability to work and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
· Clear and compelling communication, public relations, and interpersonal skills.
· Strong problem-solving and planning skills.
· Adept at analyzing data to improve student and staff achievement.
· Ability to communicate the principles of organizational success.
· Knowledge in fundraising & grant writing
· Technology literate
· The ability to develop and maintain positive community relations.
· Goal oriented
