Google Customer Solutions Engineer, gTech Professional Services in São Paulo, Brazil

Minimum qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, other technical field, or equivalent practical experience.

  • 3 years of experience coding with one or more programming languages (e.g., Java, C/C++, Python).

  • Experience in technical troubleshooting, and managing internal/external partners or customers.

Preferred qualifications:

  • Master’s degree in Computer Science or a related field, or MBA.

  • Experience in customer facing roles in sales, sales engineering, consulting, or related function.

  • Experience in the online advertising industry.

  • Ability to adapt your message to the technical level of the audience and present technical materials to groups of any size and background.

  • Excellent project management and communication skills and attention to detail.

As a Customer Solutions Engineer, you will deliver innovative solutions on a broad range of projects. You will develop prototypes for proofs of concept, extend core products to meet the needs of our Sales teams, advance our data infrastructure, and build data-management web applications. You will be working with product managers, engineering teams, account managers, and sales people, and will be a highly visible and important member of the team.

  • Manage technical relationships with a select client portfolio.

  • Work with Sales to identify business opportunities leveraging both performance, display, video, and shopping solutions supported by the team.

  • Collect requirements and provide guidance and best practices to apply ad products and technologies to achieve advertisers' partners' business goals.

  • Design and implement complex, cross-product customized solutions with the client.

  • Be responsible for complete implementations and escalations handled by other Google teams for named accounts.
