Responsible for managing previously defined key accounts in the Retail channel, leading and planning sales negotiation with the aim of achieving sustainable growth aligned with commercial objectives and quotas, transforming the channel strategy into the strategy of each account, as well as optimizing operational efficiency with embecta.
Responsibilities:
Responsible for developing and implementing sales growth plans, as well as identifying business opportunities in each of the assigned accounts.
Building and managing relationships with clients, understanding the needs of each one with personalized attention to create new long-term opportunities
Involve all relevant areas of the company and the client to achieve sales growth through the commercial planning and channel/promotional calendar activation
Have internal and external commitment to overcoming objections, demonstrating value and following the win-to-win negotiation process to ensure the achievement of objectives through good relations with the client and the organization.
Constantly adjust business plans according to needs, always achieving goals through management, administration and execution of important points in the accounts, ensuring the execution of the plans.
Prioritizing work and activities for decision-making focused on the greatest potential to positively impact clients and employees, achieving established objectives.
Development of JBP and quarterly reviews, seeking complete management with all client areas, as well as seeking looking for insights in periodic visits to the Customer´s POS.
Keeping up to date with new features and product releases to establish best practices and monitor sales performance analytics.
Basic Responsibilities:
Bachelor’s degree completed in Administration, Marketing or related areas
5+ years of experience as a sales executive in the pharmaceutical, consumer or hospital industries
Solid knowledge of the retail and consumer channels in direct account management (Abrafarma) and distributors
Proficiency in the office package for using databases and preparing Business Reviews
Knowledge of Commercial KPIs (SI/SO/DOH) and market audits in the retail channel (IQVIA, DDD, MDTR, GC)
Communication, empathy, active listening and personal relationships
Analytical skills and strategic commercial vision

Responsável por gerenciar as contas-chave do canal Farma previamente definidas, liderando negociação e planejamento de vendas com o objetivo de atingir um crescimento sustentável e alinhado aos objetivos e cotas comerciais, transformando a estratégia do canal na estratégia de cada conta, bem como otimizar a eficácia operacional com a embecta
Responsável por desenvolver e implementar planos de crescimento de vendas, bem como detectar oportunidades de negócios em cada uma das contas atribuídas;
Construir e gerenciar relacionamentos com clientes, compreendendo a necessidade de cada um com atenção personalizada para a criação de novas oportunidades a longo prazo;
Envolver todas as áreas correspondentes da empresa e do cliente para alcançar o crescimento de vendas através do planejamento comercial e calendário promocional de ativações no canal;
Ter comprometimento interno e externo superando objeções, demonstrar valor e seguir o processo de negociação gain to gain para garantir o atingimento dos objetivos por meio de boas relações com o cliente e a organização.
Ajustar constantemente os planos de negócios de acordo com as necessidades, sempre atingindo as metas por meio da gestão, administração e execução dos pontos importantes nas contas, garantindo a execução dos planos.
Priorizar trabalhos e atividades para tomada de decisões focadas no maior potencial para impactar positivamente clientes e colaboradores, alcançando objetivos estabelecidos.
Desenvolvimento de JBP e revisões trimestrais, buscando uma gestão completa com todas as áreas do cliente, bem como buscar insights externos em visitas periódicas no PDV
Manter-se atualizado com novos recursos e lançamentos de produtos para estabelecer melhores práticas e monitorando de análises de desempenho de vendas
Requisitos básicos:
Ensino Superior completo em Administração, Marketing ou áreas correlacionadas
Experiência de pelo menos cinco (5) anos como executivo de vendas em indústria Farma, Consumo ou Hospitalar
Sólido conhecimento do canal Farma e Consumo em gestão de contas diretas (Canal Abrafarma), Distribuidores e Canal Indireto
Domínio pacote office para utilização de base de dados e preparação de Business Review
Conhecimento pleno dos KPIs comerciais (SI/SO/DOH) e das auditorias de mercado do canal Varejo (IQVIA, DDD, MDTR, GC)
Comunicação, empatia, escuta ativa e relacionamento pessoal
Habilidade analítica e visão estratégica comercial
