The Ideal Candidate
We are looking for an IT passionate individual having strong problem-solving and communication skills who are able to interact with all team members as well as with the business partners. Someone with a positive and optimistic attitude, that can motivate the team to realize its full potential.
As the IT Software Engineer you will:
Lead development of IT solutions.
Lead operations of large scale software solutions and monitors performance.
Manage cloud resources and distributed compute platforms as necessary. Implement and integrate large components of software solutions and platforms.
Create designs and architectures for complex software solutions.
Coach, mentor and/or manage Software Engineers and vendor resources.
Continuously optimize and create more efficient DevOps processes leveraging automation, new (ARB approved) tools, and explore new development platforms together with DevOps Engineers.
Work hand-in-hand with Operations Engineers to improve flow between Development and Operations to deliver value faster.
Job Qualifications
Software Engineering: Java/Python, CICD, testing, system design
Cloud computing and infrastructure provisioning: GCP (preferred), AWS or Azure
Microservice/API design, development and integrations
Agile / Scrum / SAFe
Effective communication skills
Effective knowledge sharing (coaching, training, documentation creation)
Organizational Leadership
