The AWS Global Sales (AGS) Strategy Team architects and is responsible for the AGS strategy and the success of our business-critical strategic initiatives.

Sales, Marketing, and Global Services (SMGS) is seeking an experienced Business Process Manager to join our team in Taguig, Philippines.

In this role, you will be responsible for optimizing and streamlining core business processes that support our global sales, marketing, and service operations. As a key member of the Business Operations Support Center (BOSC) team, you will drive continuous improvement projects, define and measure KPIs, and collaborate cross-functionally to achieve operational excellence.

This is a role reporting to a PH-based manager during East Coast business hours (8PM - 5AM Manila time).

Key job responsibilities

  • Analyze, develop, and refine end-to-end business processes to enhance efficiency, speed, and quality

  • Lead process improvement initiatives, including the implementation of desktop automation solutions, to drive operational excellence

  • Serve as a subject matter expert on sales metrics, reporting tools, and data structures to identify and resolve issues, and propose new KPIs and dashboards

  • Facilitate cross-functional collaboration with teams like sales operations, finance, IT, and business leadership to drive process and policy improvements

  • Create new internal tools and standardized business processes to simplify operations and enable growth at scale

  • Create, maintain, and provide training and documentation support to employees on new and existing processes

  • Escalate and resolve critical process and policy issues, partnering with senior stakeholders to drive decisions

Basic Qualifications

  • 5+ years of combined work experience with 3+ years of experience in process management, project management, or a similar operations role

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Engineering, or a related field

  • Proven project management and organizational skills

  • Proficient in MS Excel, with the ability to build basic reports and data projections

  • Experience with CRM systems (e.g. Salesforce), SQL, Tableau, and other data/reporting tools to extract, analyze, and validate business data required to develop insightful KPI dashboards and reports

Preferred Qualifications

  • Familiarity with workflow automation tools and technologies

  • Effective problem-solving and critical thinking abilities

  • Excellent communication (both written and verbal) and stakeholder management abilities

  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
