Job Description

Essential Responsibilities

  • Ensure high quality OTR processes (Order Entry, technical order classification, and financial order classification, order management, delivery to channel partner or end customer and invoicing)

  • Support sourcing and replenishment activities for customer orders fulfilment

  • Interface with all internal and external customers (Sales, Services, Marketing, OPSI, HPM, Finance, Logistic, Manufacturing & Supply chain, Supplier, Freight forwarder, custom broker) to assure on time and high-quality order fulfilment

  • Liaise with internal and external customers on all topics related to order management.

  • Follow up closely with factories on all backlogs

  • Coordinate shipments with Logistic & forwarder

  • Coordinate with commercial, HPM and Logistic on Delivery Plan

  • Manage customer inquiry related to shipment details and other documents

  • Manage credit and returns as per company policy

  • Work within compliance requirements and in line with the documented quality systems and report any anomalies

  • Ensure files of customer records, quotations and internal/external purchase orders are kept up to date in GE box folder

  • Drive and maintain accuracy of KPI hygiene such as Backlog Key Date management, On Time delivery, clean order whenever it’s applicable, Meet inventory optimization KPI

Qualifications/Requirements

  • Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Business or Logistics-related field

  • A minimum of 3 years order management experience in Healthcare industry and/ or Logistic import /export operations experience

  • Experience working in a complex supply chain environment

  • Solid communication and analytical skills, including experience with communicating with others from different counties and cultures.

  • Ability to energize, develop and build rapport at all levels within the organization

  • Proven ability to execute, multi-task, and deliver on commitments

  • Ability to work effectively in a cross-functional, global team environment

  • Excellent interpersonal skills

  • Good experience with Microsoft Office applications and excel for data analysis.

  • Oracle system knowledge base

  • Excellent in English writing / speaking

  • High motivated & Team player mindset
