Description and Requirements
Role Summary
In this highly visible role, the individual will be tasked to shape our Software Product Strategy to help accelerate Lenovo’s expansion of our software and services portfolio. The desired candidate will need to be comfortable working in a fast-pace environment with start-up mentality while possessing the ability to navigate within Lenovo’s complex organization to achieve product delivery and revenue targets.
You will
Define competitive product roadmap with internal stakeholders and key partners
Understand industry trend and the competitive landscape of owned software product portfolio
Develop SaaS product requirements and specifications.
Manage partner product development cycles and ensure delivery quality.
Manage integration process of partner developed SaaS applications with Lenovo's internal subscription platform.
Manage product launch and refresh roadmap.
You bring
8+ years of experience in software product management, software product development, and software engineering capacity
Experience in building SaaS solutions tailored for consumers and small businesses.
Experience in building software specifications, market requirements and creating RFIs
Strong communication skills with the ability to convey strategic directions to internal stakeholders and participate in product strategy and QBR sessions with partners.
Knowledge and expertise in Windows-based applications that take advantage of CPU and GPU acceleration capabilities
Networking and internet optimization knowledge
Degree in Computer Science and similar engineering discipline
