Amazon Seller Education Intern in Taipei, Taiwan

Amazon Global Selling Team is looking for an energetic, motivated, and analytical Seller Education Intern to support new sellers and facilitate seller success across boarder.

As Seller Success Team, our mission is to empower selling partners interested in selling on Amazon to launch, build and grow their business on Amazon globally. The Seller Education Intern will be responsible for supporting education content localization, managing seller training operations and live broadcast tool, and creating seller communication contents to enhance sellers’ awareness. A successful candidate will be a self-starter who possesses exceptional skills in project management, content development, as well as the deep dive skills and customer obsession to have a great understanding of seller experience.

Key job responsibilities

• Support seller training material localization to transfer key messages to sellers and service providers.

• Review pitch decks and education contents to ensure agency’s deliverables meet quality/accuracy standard

• Create seller communication materials with essential Amazon business and operation knowledge to accelerate seller success.

• Design newsletter and refresh the contents on website/social channels to enhance sellers’ awareness on Amazon’s education programs

• Support offline workshops operations to ensure Seller’s high-quality learning experience.

• Manage and operate live broadcast tool by coordinating cross-functional team’s demand.

We are open to hiring candidates to work out of one of the following locations:

Taipei, TPE, TWN | Taipei, TWN

Basic Qualifications

• Currently enrolling in a Bachelor’s or Master’s program or have graduated less than 12 months ago.

• Excellent Presentation skills; high degree of comfort with both large and small audiences

• Strong written and spoken communication skills in both English and Chinese; this role will require the creation of customer-facing contents such as written deliverables or videos.

• Skilled in PowerPoint and HTML

• Strong analytical ability and skilled in Excel.

• Ability to present information professionally & concisely with supporting data

• Demonstrated ability to adapt to new technologies and learn quickly

• Detail-oriented and organized, capable of handling multiple projects at once, and capable of dealing with ambiguity and rapidly changing priorities.

• Proficient in creating engaging social media content including write-ups, graphics, and video editing, demonstrating creativity and understanding of various platforms (YouTube preferred).

Preferred Qualifications

• Ability to work as full time (40 hrs/week)

• Experience in information, internet, cross-border e-commerce, or a similar industry.

• Experiences in managing external customers and developing sales materials

• High level of comfort communicating effectively across internal team and external stakeholders.

• Proven graphic designing experience would be a plus
