Senior Procurement Specialist
Job Description
Driving cost reduction and cost strategic, include contract negotiation and management. Negotiating to achieve optimal commercial terms
Drive OSAT capacity
Cost Analysis, Identifying and implementing opportunities to deliver savings
Establishing and maintaining strong relationships with stakeholders and key suppliers
Conducting market tenders and managing the evaluation across a cross-functional team to determine supplier selection.
Understanding business requirements and structuring deals to meet those requirements.
Negotiating deals to achieve optimal commercial terms.
Qualifications
• Degree in any discipline and above
• Proficient in English and Chinese communication capability are required.
• Japanese communication capability is preferred.
• Preferable with procurement experience with semiconductor manufacturing background.
• Good communication skill
• Work independently with minimum supervision.
• Agile in respond to change in timely manner. Recognize the situation, make decision & act with velocity.
• Willing to take challenge with positive attitude
• Strong emphasis on accuracy and detail, strong sense of responsibility & ownership.
• Adapt to rapidly changing organizational, be proactive, possess professional ethics with high loyalty
• Programming skill set for process automation is preferred.
