Staff Procurement Specialist

Job Description

Procurement operations from outsourced suppliers (OSAT)

-Plan and execute procurement & sourcing strategy.

-Be a main contact to deal business related issues with supplier, building and enhancing supplier relationship.

-Coordinating business activities/requests with suppliers and interfacing with internal stakeholders. (Engineering, Quality, Supply Chain, Business Unit, Finance...)

-Selection of optimal suppliers through RFI/RFQ, support NPI development

-Price negotiation, cost analysis & benchmark, drive cost reduction/VE programs to meet annual set targets.

-Cooperate with SCM for assurance of supply (Capacity, delivery, long-term forecast.), supply risk mitigation plan & management.

-Conclusion of contract, negotiation of terms and conditions

-Organizing QBR (Supplier performance review/Score monitoring/Business cooperation improvement)

Qualifications

-5-10+ years of relate experience in the industry.

-Experience with managing external manufacturers (foundry, OSAT, module supplier).

-Experience in OSAT industrial with procurement, supply chain management, engineering, or operation function.

-Fluent in English.
