Citibank, N.A. seeks an Applications Development Tech Lead Analyst for its Tampa, FL location.
DUTIES: Establish and implement new or revised application systems and programs in coordination with the Technology team. Perform applications systems analysis and programming activities. Work across multiple Applications Development areas to provide technical oversight across systems and applications. Review and analyze proposed technical solutions for projects. Contribute to formulation of strategies for applications development and other functional areas. Develop comprehensive knowledge of how areas of business integrate to accomplish business goals. Ensure essential Application Development procedures are followed and contribute to defining standards negotiating with external parties when necessary. Appropriately assess risk when business decisions are made. Demonstrate expertise in XML, Ab Initio, Oracle database, SQL, and Data Warehouse concepts and principles. Utilizing Workday Standard and Custom integrations to formulate strategies for applications development. A telecommuting/hybrid work schedule may be permitted within a commutable distance from the worksite in accordance with Citi policies and protocols.
REQUIREMENTS: Bachelor’s degree, or foreign equivalent, in Computer Engineering, Engineering (Any), or a related field, and six (6) years of experience in the job offered or in a related occupation. Six (6) years of experience must include: Implementing change data capture using Bi Temporal data model for data load, to enable point in time reporting; Utilizing Workday Standard and Custom integrations to formulate strategies for applications development; Creating Unix Shell Scripts to invoke jobs and procedures, and to send email in case of any job failures; Developing and maintaining ETL Ab Initio code to transform inbound data into the Human Resource’s data warehouse used for reporting and data distribution; Developing new and maintaining existing Human Resources management Tableau and MicroStrategy reporting; and Improving the performance of queries by analyzing the explain plan and tuning the queries based on the analysis. 40 hrs./wk.
