JPMorgan Chase ISM - Tech Risk and Controls Reporting in Tampa, Florida

Our Technology Risk and Controls professionals are passionate about information security and control solutions for computing environments. While managing a world-class team of technology experts, you'll partner with one or more disciplines, lines of business, regions or locations to articulate risk posture aligned with evolving business requirements and emerging threats. You'll also leverage your expert knowledge of today's ever-changing cybersecurity and risk landscape to influence effective risk management and strategic alignment across the firm by informing executive leadership of residual risk aligned with risk appetite. Responsibilities include aggregating and analyzing quantitative technology operational risk data, contextualizing that data into transparent, insightful risk reporting, and partnering with senior leaders and other stakeholders to provide a clear, concise summary of residual risk to the Board and regulators.

This role requires a wide variety of strengths and capabilities, including:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience

  • Strong leadership skills with exceptional communication and presence

  • Advanced knowledge of multiple IT control and project management practices and experience working across large environments

  • Ability to collaborate with high-performing teams and individuals throughout the firm to accomplish common goals

  • Advanced knowledge of Excel and data analytics

  • Proficiency in PowerPoint, conveying key messages yielded from data analytics with a client/stakeholder focus

  • Excellent problem solving and analytical skills

  • Experience with Technology operational risk management is a plus

  • Knowledge of technology or risk/regulatory industry wide trends and best practices is a plus
