Job Title: *JAVA/J2EE Developer *Schedule: Hybrid onsite 3 days a week **Location: Tampa Florida

Must have the following to apply:

• Formal training or certification on JAVA/J2EE concepts and 7+ years applied experience
• Unit Testing experience with JUnit, Mockito
• Hands-on experience with messaging systems like KAFKA, MQ
• Hands-on practical experience in system design, application development, testing, and operational stability
• Experience in developing, debugging, and maintaining code in a large corporate environment
• Understanding of agile methodologies such as CI/CD, Applicant Resiliency, and Security

Preferred Qualifications:

• Bachelor or Masters Degree - preferably in Computer Science with minimum 7+ years of hands-on programming/application development experience utilizing JAVA/J2EE, Spring Boot, REST, Micro Services, Cloud Native, Agile, DevOps and TDD
• Overall knowledge of the Software Development Life Cycle
• Demonstrated knowledge of software applications and technical processes within a technical discipline (e.g., cloud, artificial intelligence, machine learning, mobile, etc.)
• Proven ability to collaborate with global teams
• Exposure to cloud technologies
