Maintenance Associate II (Facilities)

Objectives:

Perform facility and electrical repairs. Process daily work orders, which includes troubleshooting and repairing facility equipment, electrical and plumbing.

Supervise Direct Reports : No

Responsibilities:

  • Process daily work orders for facility equipment.

  • Perform Preventative Maintenance (PM’s) as assigned on scheduled.

  • Perform facility painting: Patch drywall, paint doors and walls.

  • Repair automatic and manual doors in the facility.

  • Perform plumbing repairs: Drains, faucets, piping, etc.

  • Perform electrical repairs: Outlets, lighting ballasts, lamps, etc.

  • Maintain GMP and SOP training compliance.

  • Support process and safety initiatives as assigned.

  • Work with outside contractor for all roof repairs.

  • Replace ceiling tiles, flooring tiles and other miscellaneous repairs.

  • Assume responsibility for the GMP, environment health and safety procedure awareness, compliance within the respective area.

  • Abide by LOTO, PPE and good housekeeping procedures.

  • Perform any other assigned duties.

  • Position requires Aseptic Gowning Certification. (Training provided).

  • Forklift & JLG Certification is required. (Training provided).

  • Confined space entry is required. (Training provided).

  • Respirator qualification is required. (Training provided).

  • Logical approach to troubleshooting and repair of equipment.

  • Good organizational skills, able to work quickly and under pressure.

  • Good verbal and written communication skills.

  • Must be detailed oriented and quality conscious.

  • Must be able to respond to emergencies.

  • Must be capable of working in the aseptic environment.

  • Computer skills; Microsoft Office, Word.

  • Mechanics tools (hand tools, electrical tools, etc.) Tools provided.

  • Ability to operate a drill press and bandsaw.

  • Minimum of 2 years applicable industry experience.

  • Must be able to read, write, and speak English and possess basic math skills.

  • Ability to lift 40 lbs.

  • Ability to climb ladders.

  • HS Diploma/GED required.

Shift : Monday - Friday 3:00pm to 11:30pm

Start Pay Range: $ 22.71
